The training plans are in three categories: Green, Yellow and Blue. It is important to  determine which plan is for you.

Green
This level is for those for which this is their first Half Marathon or others which are  returning to the sport from a break in training. Training will be 3 runs + 1 Cross Training session per week.

Yellow
This level is for those wishing to integrate this as part of their annual racing plan and  have some experience of HMs. Training will be 4 runs + 1 Cross Training session per week

Blue

It is important to start at the right level. If you are unsure, please email Sean and  Fiona: priceworld@gmail.com

Green, Yellow and Blue training plans are all 12-week plans and start on 5th  September, The plans are free to download below.

FREE Bonus
If you follow the plan for the first 6 weeks, then please email Sean and Fiona a link to  all your data (On Strava or Garmin Connect) then they will calculate a Race pace guideline for the day. Knowing a pace to start a HM is essential to get the best out  of your performance, all too frequently athletes start a HM too fast and pay the price after 10 miles. Sean and Fiona would like to help you achieve the best possible  performance on the day and cross the finish line with a sweaty smile!
