The training sessions will be:
Monday 7pm - Adults. Group runs ranging from 8 minute miles to walk / run groups from TRFC
Monday 7pm - Juniors - TRFC track
Tuesday 7pm - Adults. 9-11 minute miles from TRFC and speed sessions
Wednesday 6pm - Juniors TRFC Track
Wednesday 7pm- Adults. No one gets left behind from TRFC and speed session
Thursday 7pm- Culver Close
