In line with the   club constitution , the committee meet on the first Tuesday of the month. These meetings take place at Trowbridge Rugby Club at 8:30pm in the upstairs room. Members are welcome to attend, although we do ask, if possible, that you notify us in advance by email to   secretary@avonvalleyrunners.org.uk  or   chairman@avonvalleyrunners.org.uk  

The AGM is held on the second Tuesday of January, which results in the January Committee Meeting taking place on the following Thursday, once the new committee have been appointed.
